To the Spurs retail, digital and tech team - your work, your resilience through this build, and your commitment to getting this right is what made this happen - I’m proud of every one of you. I was pleased to speak at yesterday's Salesforce Marketing & Commerce Summit in Munich. A special thank you to the Salesforce team Sheila Moghaddam Ghazvini for the invitation, and to Sven Vogler, who was a fantastic counterpart throughout the entire project. Together, we presented our latest milestone: Agentic Self-Service in B2B Commerce. In our joint Masterclass, we explored how Agentforce is transforming the B2B buying experience—moving away from complex "digital chores" toward intuitive, conversational interfaces. We are already leveraging Agentforce to solve real-world complexities: Instant Knowledge: Answering technical queries from 200-page product manuals in seconds. Seamless Scheduling: Booking 1:1 appointments directly through the AI agent. The potential for automation in B2B is significant. By implementing a Quotation Agent, we are targeting: Scale: Automating approximately 10,000 spare part and budget quotes annually. Time Savings: Reducing manual effort by at least 5 minutes per transaction—equating to over 800 hours saved per year. Focus: Freeing up internal teams to concentrate on high-value, complex projects.
