Big one for us 🎉 Assembly (by Quantum Workplace) has been recognized by Software Advice as “Most Used by Human Resources” for Employee Engagement Software in 2026. What makes this meaningful? It’s based on real customer usage and feedback — 4.8/5 from 130+ reviews. More and more teams are treating recognition not as a “nice to have”, but as how culture actually shows up day to day. Grateful to everyone building that with us If you’re curious what this recognition is based on (and why we got it), we’ve shared more below. When conflict appears in teams, the instinct in many organizations is to separate people. But strong teams don’t grow by avoiding friction. They grow by learning how to regulate it together. That ability rarely comes from policies or processes alone. It grows from something deeper — how people see each other’s contributions, how work is acknowledged, and whether teams feel connected to a shared purpose. Recognition plays a quiet but important role here. When people feel seen for the work they do, trust strengthens. Managers gain clearer signals about what’s happening inside their teams. And organizations are better positioned to keep great people engaged. This is part of the conversation we’re looking forward to in an upcoming session hosted by Quantum Workplace. See Great Work, Keep Great People: Recognition as a Retention Advantage Join Anne Maltese (VP of People Insights) and Vince Aurora (VP of Sales) as they explore how recognition insights can help leaders coach teams, strengthen engagement, and retain top talent. “In the world of digital perfection, I’m trying to be more human today.” That’s how the Women's Day Special - Story Telling session began. And instantly, the tone was set. This Women’s Day at Assembly (a Quantum Workplace Company), instead of another panel on achievements or a traditional empowerment webinar, we chose something a little different — a storytelling session with author and award-winning storyteller 'Nupur Aggarwal'. And it turned out to be exactly what we didn’t know we needed. In the middle of our everyday rhythm of data, deadlines, and demands, the session reminded us of something simple. Many of us paused and realized: When was the last time we simply sat down and listened to a story? Through thoughtful narratives, from a fresh perspective on Shurpanakha to a Japanese tale of dignity, the session reminded us how stories shape the way we see ourselves, fellow women, and the world. More than anything, the hour reminded us that empowerment doesn’t always come from big speeches or bold declarations. Sometimes, it comes from something simpler: Stories that reconnect us with our inner child, help us reflect, and remind us to be a little kinder — to ourselves and to the women around us. 'Because when women support other women, miracles do happen.' Thank you, Nupur Aggarwal, for such a thoughtful and refreshing session. #WomensDay #Storytelling #Assembly(by Quantum Workplace) #WomenSupportingWomen #quantumworkplace

As International Women’s Day 2026 approaches, it’s worth asking: Are we simply celebrating women leaders — or are we equipping them to thrive? When women leaders have visibility into their teams and their impact is recognized, confidence grows. Decisions become clearer. Cultures become stronger. At Assembly (a Quantum Workplace Company), we believe recognition and people insights help leaders lead with greater clarity, connection, and confidence. Because, Empowered women don’t just lead teams — they shape cultures. Want to explore this topic further? From Slack threads to real conversations. The India team meet up in Hyderabad had everything we hoped for — and more. Faces we usually see in tiny profile circles. Conversations that didn’t need “Can you hear me?” Whiteboard moments that sparked instantly. And yes, plenty of laughter in between. We collaborate remotely every day — that hasn’t changed. But getting in the same room added a different kind of energy. The kind that strengthens trust, speeds up thinking, and reminds you why the team works so well in the first place. We work remote. We stay connected. And when we do meet — it’s worth it. Hyderabad, thank you for the warmth and the momentum. 🚀 #Assembly #TeamMeetup #RemoteFirst #Hyderabad #EmployeeEngagement

We have some big news!! 🎉 Assembly is now part of Quantum Workplace. Quantum Workplace is a leading talent management platform that helps leaders build thriving teams. Somewhere between engagement surveys, reward budgets, and HR dashboards, we forgot something simple. People want to know their work mattered. Not at the end of the quarter. Not in a report. But when it actually happens. When effort goes unnoticed for too long, people don’t complain. They disengage quietly. They stop raising their hand. They start looking elsewhere. Recognition isn’t a perk. It’s one of the clearest signals that work is seen, valued, and heading in the right direction. Assembly (joinassembly.com) exists to make those moments visible again - inside the tools teams already use, and early enough to change the outcome. #employeerecognition #workplaceculture #employeewellbeing #HR #SaaS #HRleaders

Last year, a few of our customers shared something interesting. Within a year, their attrition dropped nearly 15-20%. No new HR policies. No complex programs. No shiny tools rolled out company-wide. Just one change. Managers were supported to have better conversations, guided by Recognition data from Assembly (joinassembly.com). HR enabled leaders to listen, align, and act at the right moments, so they could see who was consistently contributing, who was going quiet, and where effort was being missed - early enough to act, not react. If you’re interested in how this shows up in mentoring and manager-employee relationships, we explored it further here: https://lnkd.in/gFxAjShw #employeeengagement #workplaceengagement #workplaceculture #bestmanagers #HR2026

We may not see “human capital” on the balance sheet yet, but it’s increasingly what separates healthy organizations from fragile ones. Culture rarely breaks in big moments. It weakens quietly when effort goes unnoticed, context is unclear, or support comes too late. These signals show up long before engagement drops or attrition rises. Managers are closest to this day-to-day reality. Their actions, timing, and visibility shape how people experience work more than any policy or program. As teams plan for 2026, we’re curious 👇 What do you want your manager to do more of? • Notice effort earlier • Recognize work publicly • Check in before burnout • Share clearer context #WorkplaceCulture #PeopleLeadership #EmployeeExperience #2026manager
