  • Cleverific works by holding the order in Shopify for a customizable period of time to allow customers the chance to edit the order. Cleverific is directly integrated with Shopify's customer accounts and thank you pages.

    Customers can access order editing features from their order confirmation email and from email or SMS notifications from our Klaviyo integration.

    After the editing window has closed, Cleverific seamlessly removes the order from on hold status to allow downstream systems to start processing the order.
