WILD Estate

In the foothills of Mount Dyrfis on the Greek island of Euboea, the village of Amphithea sits on a ridge at an altitude of 246 metres. Within our estate, olive trees and grapevines coexist with fruit trees and native flora, forming a diverse polycultural landscape.

Management follows natural farming principles focused on regeneration and long-term ecological balance. The soil is left untilled, and no pesticides, herbicides, bactericides, fungicides or fertilizers are applied, natural or synthetic. Cultivation relies on natural rainfall rather than routine irrigation, allowing plants to adapt to local climatic conditions and long term changes in climate.

The land is maintained as a self-regulating agricultural ecosystem, with biodiversity and soil vitality as its primary sources of resilience.

WILD Products

All production takes place without additives or artificial substances and the deliberate avoidance of plastic materials.

Grapes are harvested by hand, crushed barefoot, and spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and produced without added sulphites or other oenological additives.

Olives are individually hand-picked and cold pressed on the estate within hours of harvest. The olive oil is unfiltered and bottled without further interference.

Each product is made with care and in very limited quantities in order to preserve its raw and living character.

WILD People

Our farming and production practices arise from our faith in God and the way we choose to live. We see ourselves as stewards of the natural world and accept the responsibility to act without harm.

Three generations of our family live and work side by side. Our days are shaped by a seasonal plant-based diet, pure spring water, long hours under the sun, and direct contact with the soil. A life guided by restraint, discipline, and serenity.

WILD is the natural expression of this philosophy. It exists because it must. To act otherwise would be to live in contradiction to what we believe.
