4. Lattice - Spatial Intelligence / 3D Digital Twin

A spatially aware digital twin that unifies geometry, equipment metadata, wiring, and live telemetry into a cohesive 3D model. Lattice gives operators and engineers a real-world view of every asset, its relationships, and its behavior over time.

5. Sentinel - AI MCP Server

A multimodal AI engine that reads both time-series (from Crucible) and spatial relationships (from Lattice). Sentinel detects anomalies, correlates events, forecasts issues, and generates clear operational insights, acting as the intelligent core of the Phaseshift platform.

6. Alloy - Application & Integration Layer

Alloy gives each data offtaker a stable, consistent endpoint for accessing their operational data—no matter how many OEMs, protocols, or sites are behind it. Every stakeholder receives their own isolated slice of the dataset, with the exact tags and telemetry relevant to them.

 

Alloy also provides access to prewired hosted applications like Grafana, analytics tools, and more, all securely connected to normalized data from the Phaseshift platform. It’s the unified access layer that makes your data usable, shareable, and ready for action.
