How long is the free trial?
The free trial lasts for 14 days.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan during the free trial?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time during the trial. If you upgrade to a higher plan based on the number of products, you’ll pay the price difference for the remaining trial days. Downgrades take effect at the end of the monthly billing cycle. No refunds for previously billed charges, but features remain accessible until the billing period ends.
Can I add an Authorised Representative (AR) later?
The EU Representative service is already included in the subscription plan. You can use this service or provide your own EU address. If you require a UK or Swiss address, you can add it later.
What happens if I cancel during the free trial?
If you cancel during the free trial, you won’t be charged. You can return anytime to resume your services.
Will I receive billing reminders before the free trial ends?
Yes, Euverify will send reminders and billing estimates 7 days before your trial ends. After the trial period, you’ll be charged the current monthly fee for your selected plan.
How do I switch to a different plan?
Go to the Billing page in your account, select a new plan, and start using the updated features immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and, in select countries, bank deposits. Payments can be made in multiple currencies.
Do you offer refunds for Authorised Representatives (AR)?
- For yearly plans, no refunds are available due to the discounted pricing. You can cancel the subscription to prevent renewal for the next year.
- For monthly plans, you can cancel anytime. However, if your products are placed on the market using our EU REP labels, and market surveillance authorities contact us, we will declare that the agreement is no longer valid, and we will not be liable for any resulting issues.
Can I cancel the Euverify subscription if I don’t use AR services or have my own EU address?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Payments are collected upfront (monthly or yearly). If you cancel, the plan won’t renew on the next billing date, but the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Note that annual plans are non-refundable, and pro-rata refunds are not offered.

Yes. During onboarding, select EU Representative only. We’ll enable that service for you.

Is there different pricing if I take both EU and UK GDPR representation?
No. Pricing is the same whether you choose EU only, UK only, or both. All plans include the capability for EU & UK GDPR representation—you decide which to enable.
What does “users” mean in the plans?
“Users” = the number of seats/logins your company gets in Euverify.
One user = one account. With more users, multiple teammates can access the platform. Admins can assign DSAR requests, set permissions (who can view/download/change settings), and manage access.
Why do different plans include different numbers of users?
Plans are tiered by seat count to match team size and access needs. If you need more users than your plan includes, you’ll need to upgrade, even if you’re still a small/Startup company.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Yes. You can choose monthly or annual billing at checkout.
Do you offer a discount for annual payment?
Yes. Annual subscriptions receive a 30% discount compared to paying monthly.
How can I make the payment?
Payments are handled via our secure Stripe checkout during sign-up.
What payment methods are accepted?
Through Stripe, we accept major credit/debit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and popular wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Depending on your country, bank and local methods may also appear at checkout (e.g., SEPA Direct Debit, Bacs Direct Debit, iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort, EPS, Przelewy24). The checkout automatically shows what’s available for your location.
Will my subscription auto‑renew?
Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from your Euverify account.
- Monthly plans: service continues until the end of the current month, then stops.
- Annual plans: service continues until the end of the current 12-month term, then stops.
Do you offer refunds if I cancel?
We do not offer refunds for early cancellation. When you cancel, we stop future renewals; your current term runs until it ends.
What should I remove from my website if I cancel?
Please remove the Euverify trust badge and any Euverify references in your privacy policy.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time—for example, if you need more users, your revenue/employees move you into a higher tier, or your team grows. We recommend reviewing your plan annually.
