tldr: Adafruit had some dispute with Sparkfun over "harassing actions" by Sparkfun staff, to which Sparkfun responded by cutting off Adafruit from selling Teensy products and posting this weird notice, so Adafruit made their own "Teensy-compatible" PCBs called "Freensy" that they will be selling
