All Systems Operational

About This Site

This is where we (https://pagely.com) announce system wide issues as well as scheduled maintenance, WordPress core updates, and things like that.

We have designed our hosting architecture from the ground up to be compartmentalized, and as such, an issue with only one customer's server is not news worth telling on a public status page. When there is an issue impacting a larger group of people, we will be reporting on it.

If you are currently experiencing problems with your website or your server but you're not seeing anything here, it is likely that our team is aware and investigating. You may even want to check your inbox in a few minutes as we like to reach out to let you know what we're seeing. But with that said, don't hesitate to contact us!

Planned removal of system-level ImageMagick packages and PHP imagick extension Jan 26, 2026 05:00 - Jan 27, 2026 05:00 UTC

Description:

- We will remove ImageMagick packages and the PHP imagick extension at the operating system level across our hosting fleet. This change will not affect the use of ImageMagick within WordPress installations on our platform.
- Work will be performed during low-traffic hours in each region.
- We do not anticipate any customer impact; this notice is provided as a precautionary measure.
- Customers with contractual maintenance notification windows will be handled per their agreements and will not be modified outside those windows.

User Impact:

- No downtime is expected.
- WordPress media processing and site operation will continue as normal.
- No customer action is required.
- If you maintain custom workloads that directly depend on system-level ImageMagick binaries or the PHP imagick extension outside of standard WordPress workflows, please contact Support to review options.

PHP version updates - latest/upcoming Feb 24, 2026 00:00 - Feb 25, 2026 00:00 UTC

Pagely will be performing PHP lifecycle management for all apps currently set to use the "latest" or "upcoming" versions of PHP. For more information on how you can view or manage your PHP version preferences, check our help guide: https://support.pagely.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000013092-Changing-PHP-Versions

On February 24, 2026, the PHP version corresponding to "latest" in Atomic will change from 8.2 to 8.3. At the same time, "upcoming" will change from 8.3 to 8.4. Excluding any compatibility issues that may arise, the impact to website availability will be very brief - usually less than one minute - while the version change is being applied. We will strive to make the changes during slow traffic periods based on your VPS' region.

Pagely regularly updates the PHP version used by these labels. If you want to keep an app on a specific version of PHP, you may select "Do not automatically upgrade my PHP version" for that app. (If you have an app where that already is set, there will be no change to your app as part of this maintenance.)

As a proactive measure, we will be scanning all apps using the "latest" or "upcoming" versions of PHP, and will send notifications to account owners in the next few days. Please take a moment to make sure the appropriate collaborators on your account are enabled to receive Maintenance alerts in Atomic: https://support.pagely.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058630471-Configuring-Account-Activity-Alerts

While our pre-scanning will detect many issues, every site is unique, and we cannot anticipate all possible errors. We encourage all customers to review their applications, and to pin them to a specific PHP version if needed.

Thank you for your understanding and do not hesitate to reach out to our team with any questions or concerns. We're here to help!
