I'm curious how you handle projects with multiple root directories, similar to VS Code's multi-root workspaces.
One thing that's been bugging me is $ZED_WORKTREE_ROOT in tasks. When multiple folders are open, it sometimes resolves to a different root than I'd expect.
For example, when launching Zed with:
zed -n ./main-project ./shared-lib ./other-stuff
I'd love for the first directory to act as the "main" project root, especially for tasks. But Zed doesn't seem to have that concept.
How are you handling this? Any clever workarounds, conventions, or workflow hacks I'm missing?
