Plugins

There are five types of plugins available on CampusPress networks.

1. Default User Plugins – Plugins that Admin users can activate from the Plugins section in their site dashboard.
2. Optional Plugins – Plugins that are not available by default but can be installed on request by a Super Admin.
3. On-Request Plugins (Dedicated Only) – Plugins that are only available on dedicated clusters and can be installed on request by CampusPress. They are not offered on shared networks due to their additional resource usage.
4. Must Use Network Plugins – Plugins that we enable network-wide by default.
5. Optional Network Plugins – Plugins that only work if they are network-activated by a Super Admin.
