Multi-cloud doesn't automatically equal resilience. Spreading workloads across AWS, Azure, and on-premises can reduce vendor lock-in, but it often increases operational risk. When architectural flexibility isn't matched with governance discipline, organisations end up with overlapping tools, unclear ownership, and failure that hides in complexity.
