With GoHighLevel app in Make, you can manage your events, contacts, opportunities, tasks, campaigns, notes, and accounts in your GoHighLevel account. ::: :::: # Requirements To use GoHighLevel modules, you must have a [GoHighLevel account](https://www.gohighlevel.com/). You will need to create a custom app on [GoHighLevel Marketplace](https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/signup). # Connect GoHighLevel and Make To get started, you must first create a connection between GoHighLevel and Make, allowing the two services to communicate. To create the connection: :::::WorkflowBlock :::WorkflowBlockItem Log in to your Make account, add a GoHighLevel module to your scenario, and click **Create a connection**. ::: ::::WorkflowBlockItem In the **Connection type**, select one of the available connection types: - GoHighlevel Location OAuth 2.0 - GoHighlevel Company OAuth 2.0 :::hint{type="info"} If you're using the **Watch Events** module, refer to the [Set up a GoHighLevel webhook](docId:2eM4so4o3Js4cdyyi6ID1) section. ::: :::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Optional: In the **Connection name** field, enter a name for the connection. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Optional: Switch on **Advanced settings **to create a connection with your client credentials. If requested, use the following Redirect URI when setting up your client credentials: - For the **GoHighLevel Location OAuth 2.0** connection type: `https://www.make.com/oauth/cb/highlevel3` - For the **GoHighLevel Company OAuth 2.0** connection type: `https://www.make.com/oauth/cb/highlevel4` - For the **Watch Events** webhook module (GoHighLevel Events OAuth 2.0): `https://www.make.com/oauth/cb/highlevel5` ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Click **Save**. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access. ::: ::::: You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more GoHighLevel modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps [here](docId\:SO88FM6pkT0G-adKDDfzZ). # Set up a GoHighLevel webhook The GoHighLevel app has a **Watch Events** module that uses a webhook to trigger a scenario in Make when an event occurs. To set up this webhook: ::::WorkflowBlock :::WorkflowBlockItem Go to [GoHighLevel Marketplace](https://marketplace.gohighlevel.com/) and log in with your credentials. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Click **My Apps **>** Create App**. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Enter a name for the app. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Select: - **App type: **Private - **Who is the target user of the app?: **Sub-account - **Who can install the app?: **Agency only - **Listing Type:** Standard Then create the app. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem You will be redirected to the app page. Click **Advanced settings** > **Auth**. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem In the **Redirect URI** field, enter: `https://www.make.com/oauth/cb/highlevel5` and click **Save**. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Navigate to **Webhooks**, find the webhooks you need, and select the required scopes, depending on what event you want to trigger: - `associations.readonly` - `associations/relation.readonly` - `calendars/events.readonly` - `campaigns.readonly` - `contacts.readonly` - `conversations.readonly` - `conversations/message.readonly` - `invoices.readonly` - `lc-email.readonly` - `locations.readonly` - `objects/record.readonly` - `objects/schema.readonly` - `opportunities.readonly` - `payments/orders.readonly` - `products.readonly` - `products/prices.readonly` - `saas/location.write` - `users.write` - `voice-ai-dashboard.readonly` ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Go to **Advanced settings** > **Auth, **then enable the same scopes you selected for the webhooks. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Return to **Webhooks **and activate the webhooks you want to use. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem In the navigation menu, go to **Manage** > **Versions**. 1. Click the three dots next to your app. 2. Click **Publish**. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem In the navigation menu, go to **Manage** > **Secrets**. 1. Create a **Client ID** and **Client Secret**. 2. Save both values. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Return to your Make scenario to create a connection. You will need to enter the saved credentials and select the scopes you previously enabled in Auth. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Create a webhook in your Make scenario and copy the generated webhook URL. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Return to GoHighLevel Marketplace, navigate to **Advanced settings** > **Webhooks**. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem Paste the copied link into the **Default Webhook URL** field. ::: :::: # GoHighLevel modules After connecting to the GoHighLevel app, you can use the following types of modules to build your scenarios. :::ExpandableHeading **Events** - Watch Events ::: :::ExpandableHeading **Contacts** - Watch Contact Updated - **Note: **We recommend using the new **Watch Events** module to watch contacts.
