# Support

> Get help with your Vapi projects through the Discord developer community, email support, and the channels included with Success Packages.

> The Success Package details on this page apply to subscriptions using the current pricing model. If you use legacy pricing, your existing support terms continue to apply.

## Support options

Your support channels and response commitments depend on your subscription's billing option. Without a Success Package, Usage only includes documentation, peer-to-peer help from the Vapi Discord community, and email support without a response service-level agreement. A Success Package applies to every organization in the subscription. Pro and Premier include a dedicated Slack channel for direct access to the Vapi team.
