Do I need to buy a domain from you?
No. If you already own a domain we will connect the mail and hosting to it. If you do not have one, the wizard searches live availability and registers it as part of the same order.
Why is hosting free?
Hosting is free when you register a domain with us. It is the Launch package: one site, one database, uptime monitoring and a daily backup, and it is there to get a new business online without a bill for the first step. You can add mailboxes to it at the normal price, and move to a larger package at any time.
What is the difference between Lite and Pro mailboxes?
Lite covers mail, webmail and the usual aliases, catchalls and spam filtering. Pro adds calendar and contacts sync across devices, shared document editing, and a longer archive recovery window. Both come in 10 GB and 50 GB.
How does the bundle discount work?
Every step earns something, because buying more should cost you less. Buy a domain from us and every mailbox is 10% off for as long as you hold it. Choose Business or Commerce hosting and the mailboxes are 10% off as well. Choose a website package and the mailboxes are 10% off too, and a domain you buy at the same time is 15% off. The website package itself is never discounted.
What is not included in a web design package?
Each package lists its page and product limits. Anything beyond them, custom development or a third-party integration, is quoted separately once we understand the scope.
Will I deal with more than one company?
No. The domain, the mail, the hosting and the website are all handled in house by our own designers. One order, one invoice, one team to call.
Should I register the domain and the email at the same time?
It is cheaper and it is less work. Buying the domain from us takes 10% off every mailbox for as long as you hold the domain, and it arrives with SPF, DKIM and DMARC already published, which is the part most people get wrong when they point mail at a domain registered somewhere else. If the domain already exists elsewhere, connect it instead and keep the registration where it is.
Can I take web hosting and email together?
Yes, and it is the commonest pairing. Hosting is free on the Launch tier when you register the domain, and mailboxes are billed normally on top. Business and Commerce hosting both take 10% off the mailboxes as well. The mail and the site sit on the same invoice, and one support number covers both.
Do I have to take all three?
No. The wizard lets you take a domain on its own, a domain and mailboxes, or all three with a website. Each step you add reduces the price of the steps that repeat, and none of it locks you in.
Do I have to take a maintenance plan?
No. You can ask us for work as you need it, or take a maintenance plan if you would rather we kept an eye on things. Nothing is locked in.
