Launch is free when you register a domain with us. It is the tier for a new business getting its first site online, with one site, one database, uptime monitoring and a daily backup, plus EnterraMon Start. Mailboxes can be added at the normal price, or you can move up to Business or Commerce, which include mailboxes and free migration of an existing site.
It stays free while the domain stays with us. Renew the domain and the free year renews with it. If you move the domain to another registrar, the free hosting ends and the tier becomes its normal price, which you are welcome to keep paying or not. No contract either way, and you can cancel whenever you like.

Mailboxes
Business includes one Pro 10 GB mailbox and Commerce includes five. Launch includes none, and any plan can add more. Mailboxes are billed on their own and are not part of the plan's storage allowance, so a full mailbox does not take space from your site.

Add mailboxes to any plan, including the free one, and pick Lite or Pro per mailbox. One domain can run any mix of the two, so a team does not have to be all on one tier.
Included
These hold on every tier, whatever it costs. The tiers differ on capacity, not on whether your site is secure or backed up. The one promise that changes is the money back guarantee, because a refund window means nothing on a plan with no charge.
We would rather give you a figure that is true than a headline nobody fills. WordPress is about 65 MB before you add anything, and the small business sites we look after land between 100 and 250 MB. So 1 GB fits one properly, with room to grow.
Images and time push a site past that, because plugins and WordPress grow with every update. It is a real, enforced quota, so if you get near it, upgrade the plan and the space comes with it.
What a storage limit really measuresInstall it from the panel and it is ready in seconds, database and configuration included. It stays managed from there too, so you can update plugins and themes, set automatic updates, manage users, log into the admin without a password, and clone the site to staging before pushing a change live. Joomla installs the same way, though its updates run from the Joomla administrator.
Each site picks its own PHP version, so one account can run several sites on different versions without interfering with each other. 8.1 through 8.5 are available, and you can change it in the panel without a support ticket.
A certificate issued and renewed for you, so the padlock does not lapse while nobody is looking. Renewal failures are one of the most common causes of a sudden browser warning.
On Business and Commerce we move your sites, mail and databases across, usually within one business day, and schedule the DNS cutover for a quiet moment. Launch is for a new site, so there is nothing to move.
Taken every day, so a bad plugin update or a deleted file is an inconvenience rather than a rebuild. Launch keeps 7 days of history and the paid tiers keep 30. Just ask us for a restore.
Every plan is scanned for malware in your files and databases, checked against known vulnerable plugins, and filtered by a web application firewall. Abusive traffic and bad bots are blocked at the server. This is not an add-on, it is on from the first day of every plan including the free one.
We are opening in the United States and South Africa, with Frankfurt, Singapore and Sydney to follow. Pick the one nearest your visitors, because distance is the part of latency no amount of tuning removes.
On the paid tiers, ask within 30 days and we refund it. Domains and SSL are excluded once provisioned, because the registry bills us the moment they complete. The free tier has nothing to refund, so it carries no contract instead.
