Official brand assets, logos, colors, typography, usage guidance, and presentation materials for Aspire.
The purpose of this repository is to provide a reference point for using the Aspire brand consistently across docs, decks, websites, events, and community materials. This repo contains the source for the published Aspire brand site together with the official logo files and presentation materials that the site distributes.
Aspire is a multi-language local dev-time orchestration tool chain for building, running, debugging, and deploying distributed applications.
Read the Aspire brand site.
The Aspire logo is the most direct visual representation of the Aspire brand. Use the provided SVG assets whenever possible for crisp scaling. Keep the logo proportions and fill colors intact, except for the narrow developer-icon usage permission. Avoid introducing unofficial variants, and refer to the product as Aspire, not ".NET Aspire", in reader-facing brand and marketing content.
See the logo folder.
The developer-tools subfolder provides official original, line, and plain derivatives for developer icon libraries (including Simple Icons, Devicon, and Nerd Fonts), documentation and README badges, editors, terminals, and other developer tools. Permission is granted to use, reproduce, and redistribute these variants for those purposes, including proportional resizing, monochrome rendering or recoloring, and SVG optimization or path normalization that preserves the recognizable Aspire shape and proportions. Do not imply Microsoft or Aspire endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation. This narrow exception does not permit arbitrary redesigns or changes to other brand assets; general guidance remains unchanged elsewhere, and trademark rights are retained.
The Aspire brand site publishes the current core palette, supporting accents, gradients, and copyable CSS tokens for implementation work. Use the core purple system as the foundation, and treat the accent colors and gradients as supporting expression rather than the entire visual system.
See the Colors section on the brand site.
Aspire uses Poppins as the primary typeface for the brand site and supporting brand materials. The site currently ships Poppins weights 400, 500, 600, and 700 through Fontsource for local use.
See the Fonts section on the brand site.
You can use the current presentation deck as a starting point for talks, demos, and community sessions. It reflects the current Aspire brand direction and is the same deck distributed through the site.
See the slides folder.
This repository also contains the Astro site that publishes the Aspire brand guidance and downloads to GitHub Pages.

Artwork in this repo, including the developer-icon variants, is released under the unchanged CC0 1.0 Universal license (CC0 reference). You may use the logo files and presentation materials in community content and event materials, subject to the Aspire brand guidance and the developer-icon usage permission above. CC0 does not waive or license trademark rights (section 4(a)); the Aspire name and logo remain subject to Microsoft's trademark rights and brand review requirements.
