Can you write me some Python?

I don’t have anything about writing code in the docs. Want me to pass your question to a person?

It answers, admits gaps, and hands over the rest.

Same docs, now they answer. Each step shows what changes, from a customer asking to your team hearing about it.

Teach it
Four moments from the two questions in the demo above.

Answered, handed over, or learned.

A proper support agent: it answers with the source, acts once you switch an action on, brings in your team when it should, and learns from the gaps you fill.

  1. Answers your customers can check.

Answers show the passage they used, word for word, and the page, by default.

    Why answers show sources
  2. Admits what it doesn’t know.

When your material runs out, it says so and offers your team instead.

    A note on gaps
  3. Learns from the gaps you fill.

Answer a gap once, in your own words. It answers that way from then on.

    How the teach queue works
  4. It gets things done.

It checks your own system, like where an order is, or tells your team, once you switch an action on.

One agent, in as many places as you put it: live chat on your site, inline on a page, or inside your product.

What people ask before they try it.

Six answers that say only what the docs say, each with the guide it comes from.

What does the agent answer from?

Only what you give it — pasted text, web pages by URL, blog posts, PDFs, Word docs and Markdown, YouTube transcripts, a whole blog or channel imported in bulk, and the lists you keep. It quotes limits and steps from those sources and cites the passage, rather than describing your product from memory.

What happens when the docs don’t cover a question?

It says so, plainly, and offers to pass the question to a person. The visitor leaves an email and the question lands in the agent’s Inbox immediately, whatever your notification settings say — a handover means someone is stuck right now.

Can I see what it tried before it handed over?

Yes. Each handover opens the conversation that produced it, so you reply with the whole context rather than one line. That view is never behind a plan on a Support Agent: a handover you can’t read has dead-ended, which is the one thing it promises not to do.

Does it learn from my reply?

A question it couldn’t answer is already waiting in your teach queue. Answer it there and your reply becomes a correction: it wins for that question, and the passage it overruled stops being offered as a source behind that answer.

How does it go on my site?

One script tag, copied from the Publish tab, plus a token your own server mints so only your visitors can reach it. With no server, you can open it on the websites you list instead; then anyone there, or any script, can ask, and what it knows counts as public. The loader drops a frame where you put it and touches nothing else on your page — no framework to clash with, no stylesheet in or out, and nothing fetched until the frame is nearly in view.

Who on my team can read the Inbox?

Anyone you invite into your organisation. They can sign in, open the agent’s Inbox and read every handover and the conversation behind it. They cannot change its knowledge, voice or rules, publish it, see its token settings, or touch billing — those stay with the account that created it.

Always labelled as AI, and it may make mistakes — which is exactly why every grounded answer shows its source and every gap is admitted. You say what it covers and how firmly it declines the rest. An agent may only speak for you, or for something you own: anything that could be someone else waits for a person. The identity policy
