Our own engineering, not marketing

This is what ordering a VPS looks like: you pay, it deploys itself, the email with your access arrives and it is Online in your client area. Nobody has to switch it on by hand.
You pay. Pick the plan and the payment method. VAT follows your country.
Our free app for Mac, Windows and Linux: SSH, files, remote desktop and Docker in one place, with an AI agent that does the work on your servers with your permission.
A DDoS cloud is not a "best effort" sticker on top of the server. At Hostealo every flow passes through a different scrubbing stack per location: our own Hostealo Shield in Madrid (+200 Gbps), PletX in Eygelshoven (+1 Tbps), W&D Shield + PletX in Mainhausen (+1 Tbps) and Basic Anti-DDoS in New York, with rules tuned to your workload type.
Dedicated scrubbing in Madrid (Hostealo Shield, +200 G), Eygelshoven and Mainhausen (PletX / W&D Shield, +1 Tbps).
Heuristics + signatures. Malicious traffic is dropped without manual intervention.
Volumetric and protocol-level: SYN/UDP/ICMP flood, amplification, reflection, fragmentation.
Our own NOC supervises and tunes rules in real time during a sustained attack.
Full catalog of filters per application, advanced panel in Madrid and IP Transit with Anti-DDoS so you can announce your own /24 behind our scrubbing.
We are Hostealo, a brand operated by AP Interactive Solutions SL from Málaga. We build critical infrastructure with a clear focus: sustained performance, built-in Anti-DDoS mitigation and a human team that understands your workload.
We operate our own infrastructure, not a public-cloud reseller. Our hardware is hosted in the Cogent datacenter in Madrid (main site), with additional POPs in Mainhausen, Eygelshoven and New York.

Network operated under our own AS (AS215691) and Anti-DDoS managed by us. An incident is diagnosed on the console in minutes, not waiting on an external SLA.
Senior team 24/7/365 in Spanish (and English). During business hours, average response under 10 minutes on chat and ticket. No bots, no IVR, no filters.
Certified by an independent body, with registry number and public document.

The things you actually wonder before buying hosting: whether we're a real provider, what Anti-DDoS really includes, how support actually works, and what's in the fine print. Yours missing? Drop us a line.
Real provider with our own infrastructure. Hostealo is the brand operated by AP Interactive Solutions SL from Spain. We buy, install and operate the hardware in the Cogent datacenter in Madrid (main site) and at POPs in Mainhausen, Eygelshoven and New York. We own AS215691 as a LIR at RIPE NCC, with upstreams per DC: Cogent in Madrid; Cogent, TATA and GTT in New York; PletX (TATA, GTT and Tube) in Mainhausen; and Tube (towards GTT, TATA and Sky-Link) in Eygelshoven. We do not resell public cloud nor sit as a middle layer on top of someone else's network.
OVH doesn't sell VPS or dedicated in Spain. Hetzner only operates from Germany and Finland, no Iberian presence. Google Cloud does have a Madrid region (europe-southwest1) but only managed cloud, no bare-metal. Hostealo runs its own hardware in Madrid, with L3/L4 Anti-DDoS included at no cost, engineering support in Spanish/English 24/7 and our own network (AS215691).
Included for free on all services. Capacity varies by datacenter: our own Hostealo Shield in Madrid (+200 Gbps), PletX in Eygelshoven (+1 Tbps), W&D Shield + PletX in Mainhausen (+1 Tbps) and Anti-DDoS Basic in New York. Covers L3 (volumetric: SYN/UDP/ICMP flood, amplification, reflection) and L4 (protocol). Automatic detection, no configuration needed. In Madrid the advanced panel allows per-IP rules, ASN/country blocking and custom filters.
Senior engineering team, 24/7. Whoever answers your ticket has NOC access and can touch the service live. No chatbots, no tiers, no IVR, no outsourced escalation. Channels: WhatsApp, ticket from the panel and email. During business hours average response is under 10 minutes; out of hours response times vary by incident.
Not yet. We run pure IPv4 across all products. Native IPv6 rollout is on the roadmap, but as of today no VPS, dedicated, hosting or IP Transit product includes IPv6. If your stack absolutely needs IPv6, let us know before signing up so we can review feasibility.
Yes. Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT and USDC, plus card via Redsys (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and bank transfer. Card, PayPal and crypto activate the service automatically after payment. Bank transfer requires manual confirmation once the incoming wire is received. We do not use Bizum or direct SEPA.
We cover hardware 100% at no cost to the customer: replacement starts as soon as we detect the failure. We try to keep spares of common parts (CPU, RAM, NVMe) in Madrid; if the exact part isn't on site we let you know the ETA as soon as we have it. If the service stays down longer than 12 consecutive hours on our side, we credit 2 extra service days per 12h block. Credits are not automatic: open a ticket within 7 days.
Standard catalog configurations: no setup, no per-IP cost, no traffic franchise. The port is unmetered 10 Gbps symmetric in Madrid, Mainhausen and Eygelshoven; unmetered 1 Gbps symmetric in New York. If you request custom hardware (CPU/RAM outside catalog, dedicated racks, special OS) a setup fee may apply, quoted upfront. VAT is added only if your billing country requires it and you don't have an EU intra-community VAT ID.
For simple migrations (a website, small DB, single VPS) we don't charge. We set up replication beforehand, drop the DNS TTL and switch over in seconds. If your stack is complex (sharded cluster, huge DB, third-party service dependencies) we quote it case by case. Real downtime is typically under 60 seconds.
99% monthly uptime backed by contractual SLA. Internal tiers: network 99% (30 min threshold), panel 99% (60 min), hardware target 100%, DDoS mitigation: time to control. Compensation: 2 extra service days per 12 consecutive hours of unplanned downtime. Credits are not automatic: open a ticket within 7 days of the incident and we review. Excludes scheduled maintenance, customer software bugs and force majeure. Full detail at /sla.
