Image generation FAQ

How credits work, how to bring your own images, and what happens after you create.

  1. How much does image generation cost?

Generation uses credits based on the model and resolution you choose. Check your account for your available balance. Monthly plans grant credits each billing cycle; yearly plans grant the full year's credits upfront. See pricing and model usage estimates.

  2. Can I upload my own images?

Yes. Sign in, then use the attachment button to upload an image or choose one from your library. Describe what you want to change, and use the image as a reference in the conversation.

  3. What happens if a generation fails?

A generation marked as failed returns the credits used for that task. Check your credit balance before trying again. If the result or credit balance looks wrong: Contact support with the conversation details.

  4. How do I download a finished image?

Open the generated image in the preview and use the download button. You can also return to saved images in your library.

  5. Can I use the images for my business?

Paid plans include commercial use as listed in the plan benefits. You are responsible for having permission to use uploaded references and for respecting third-party rights. See the Terms of Service for the conditions that apply.
