  1. Build in public. Progress, traffic and revenue are reported on a schedule both parties can see.
  2. Terms on the page. Every split, milestone and exit condition is written down before work starts.
  3. Costs come back first. Whoever funds the start recovers it before profits are shared.
  4. Equity follows execution. Ownership can grow with results, on criteria set in advance.
  5. Respect the asset. Nothing that would damage the name's reputation or long-term value.
  6. Credit the work. People, agents and partners are named for what they built.
