Private by design. Your message arrives as a plain personal message: no app logo, no banner, and never your phone number or email address. See exactly what they see
You ALWAYS change plans last minute and I'm sick of it. Just say so if you can't stick to the schedule.
Hi Jordan, last-minute changes are hard for me. Could we talk about what changed and agree on a plan that works for both of us?
Three steps to a better conversation
- 1
Write it raw
Type or say it exactly how you feel. Nothing leaves until you decide.
- 2
Get a calm review
See what might land badly, and a version that keeps your meaning without the heat.
- 3
Send with confidence
Email, text or WhatsApp, or keep it as a draft. Their reply gets the same care.
The conversations that matter most

WorkPush back, ask for a raise or answer a tough email without sounding cold, defensive or passive-aggressive.
FamilySay sorry, set a boundary or reach out after a long silence, in words that sound like you on a good day.
DatingFirst messages, honest "I am not feeling it" texts and the talk about what you are, kind and clear.
Landlord and homeRepairs, deposits and neighbor noise: firm, polite, on the record, and easy to follow up.Private by design
Your messages arrive clean: a plain personal message with no app logo, no header and no banner. They never see your phone number or email address, and replies still come back to you.
You write it the way you feel it. MessageMediator helps you say it well, and you approve every word.
I'm sorry about Mom's birthday. I was having a hard day and I said things I didn't mean. I'd really like to make it right. Could we get coffee on Saturday?

Text message
Comes from our registered texting number, never yours. Your number stays hidden.
US carrier rules (A2P 10DLC and CTIA guidelines) require opt-out instructions and can require the service to identify itself, so a text is never "traceless": the recipient can tell it came through a messaging service.
Comes from our WhatsApp Business account, never your own number. Your number stays hidden.
The business display name is always visible in WhatsApp, so the recipient can see the message came through a business messaging account.
Discreet is never a way to hide from the law: threats, harassment and stalking are blocked and kept with the sender's details. Privacy · Safety rules

Safe for both sides.
- Encrypted history. Private chats between members are end-to-end encrypted.
- You stay in control. Nothing is sent without you. Export or delete it all.
- Threats never get through. Recipients can block, report or opt out in one tap.
- Honest AI. AI-edited text is always labelled.

Good to know
Can MessageMediator remind me of things and plan my day?
Yes. Planner keeps your to-dos and events with on-time reminders. Type plain words like "Remind me to call Mom at 5".
What are the intelligence levels?
Clear is a fast check on Claude Haiku (free for a limited time). Insight and Diplomat use Claude Sonnet for deeper, multi-perspective help. Strategist uses Claude Opus for high-stakes and multi-party matters. Each level uses a different number of credits.
What if I am in crisis?
If a message mentions suicide or self-harm, MessageMediator shows support first: call or text 988 in the US or Canada, 800 911 2000 in Mexico, 116 123 in the UK and Ireland, or your local emergency number (findahelpline.com lists lines worldwide). You can still reach out to the person you are writing to.
What is a mediation room?
A shared space you invite the other person (or up to 7 people) into. They see the ground rules and exactly what the neutral AI facilitator can see before they join. Posts are reviewed, private notes stay private, and the facilitator summarizes agreed facts and open issues and drafts an agreement that is only final when everyone approves. Anyone can leave at any time.
What does it cost?
Free accounts get 15 credits a month for Clear reviews (free for a limited time) and cannot send. Plus and Pro plans include monthly credits and sending, with two months free on yearly billing; Business is per seat. Credit packs and pay-as-you-go top-ups cover AI, read-aloud, voice notes and photo or video checks.

A long rambling text, organized

Workplace and HR conflict
Since you obviously can't manage a schedule, I'm done covering your shifts.
I've covered three extra shifts this month and can't take more. Can we set a fair rotation by Friday?
Facts and asks stay; blame goes.
Landlord and tenant
The heat has been broken for a WEEK. Fix it or I'm not paying rent.
The heat has been out since Oct 7. Please arrange a repair by Thursday; I'd like to confirm the date in writing.

Of course you forgot Mom's birthday again. Classic.
Mom's birthday is Sunday. Want to split a gift and call her together in the morning?
Turns a jab into a plan.
Roommates
The kitchen is DISGUSTING. Clean your stuff.
Could we each clean our own dishes the same day? A quick rota on the fridge might help.
Neighbours
Your music at 1am is unacceptable. Next time I call the cops.
The music was loud around 1 am last night and woke the baby. Could you keep it down after 11 on weeknights?
Business negotiation
That price is insane, nobody would pay that.
At $12,000 we're above budget. Could you do $10,500 with net-30 terms if we sign this month?
Strategist mode suggests options, not pressure.
Co-parenting (one of many)
You ALWAYS do this. If you're late again you can forget about seeing them.
Pickup was late again and it's hard on everyone. Can we agree on 5:00 pm sharp this Friday?
Schedules, expenses and court-friendly records in the co-parenting desk.
Your next message can go better.
Write it the way you feel it. We will help you say it well.
