No. Mole for Windows is a native rewrite in C#, and its cleaning, uninstalling and maintenance work entirely differently from the Mac's underneath, so the two are maintained and sold separately, each a one-time $19, and a Windows license covers two PCs. Should I download x64 or Arm64?
Mole supports Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11. Most PCs run Intel or AMD processors and use the x64 version. PCs with Arm processors, such as Snapdragon, need the Arm64 version. Settings › System › About shows the system type if you are not sure.
How do I pay with WeChat from mainland China?
On the checkout page, confirm that the currency is Chinese yuan (CNY), switch to it if needed, and check that the language selector below is set to Chinese. Enter your contact details and billing address, then continue to the second page to choose WeChat Pay. Your license key will be sent to the email address you enter at checkout.
What if I can't find my license key or invoice?
The license email is sent by Dodo Payments. If it hasn’t arrived, check your Spam folder first. It may well be there, especially with Gmail. Open the Dodo Payments Customer Portal and enter the email used at checkout. Dodo sends a one-time login link; from there you can view the order, download the invoice, and find the Mole license key tied to that purchase. If it still does not show up, email hi@mole.fit with the purchase email or Payment ID.
Does my license still work after I switch PCs or reinstall Windows?
Yes. The license follows the key, one key activates two PCs at once, and you can deactivate and activate on your own. Before switching or reinstalling, press Ctrl + Shift + L in Mole and click Deactivate, then activate the same key on the new system. If you forget, the license panel lists your activated devices once the limit is reached and frees an old one in a click, and if that PC is no longer at hand, sign in to the Dodo Payments Customer Portal with your purchase email and deactivate it there.
Can I get a refund?
If you bought the wrong platform or Mole is not right for you, email hi@mole.fit within 14 days of purchase with your Payment ID for a full refund. If you can, tell me what didn't work for you. It helps me improve Mole and never affects the refund. See the refund policy. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. The license key is deactivated once the refund is complete.
How can I report a problem or suggest an improvement?
For usage questions, start with Windows help. Email hi@mole.fit for purchases, activation or refunds. Feature requests and issues you can share publicly can go on GitHub. Include your Windows and Mole versions, the steps you took, and the error or a screenshot so I can reproduce the problem. Send diagnostic logs, order details and license information by email.
