Your superior customer support is why I will continue to recommend your company's products!!!

Thank you so much for setting the highest standard in the entire universe. (customer from Germany)

Please keep up the fight for privacy. The battles are only just beginning. Thanks for everything you guys do and stand for.

I'm a NitroKeyist for life.

You are one of the few rays of hope when it comes to real security. Keep up the good work, we need you! ❤️

At least i got the chance to tell you, how much i appreciate the work all of you are doing. Privacy for sure is one pillar of democracy and freedom.

It's not very common these days to see this level of support, especially in a tech world where everything sometimes feels more like marketing than real engineering. Seriously, you're one of the few proving that proper tech and real support still exist. You've got one more fan here.

I’d like to take this opportunity to give your support team a huge round of applause—I’m really impressed.

I enjoy every order I place with you! Thank you for the great products I can purchase from you! I'm glad you exist.

Thank you so much for everything, and warm regards to Germany—you’ve got a wonderful project full of extraordinary people.
