OpenCV: Open Source Computer Vision Library
OpenCV is the world's biggest computer vision library, and one of the most recognizable names in Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence. OpenCV is non-profit, open source software and has been in constant development for over 25 years. The library is downloaded over 1 million times per day. OpenCV 501(c)(3) is a registered non-profit organization in the United States. OpenCV has expanded to launch several successful new endeavors for our community, such as: A weekly webinar series titled OpenCV Live! launched in April 2021 and broadcasts live each Thursday at 9am Pacific time, free, at opencv.live on YouTube, Twitch, LinkedIn, and Zoom. The OpenCV-SID Conference on Computer Vision & AI (OSCCA), a yearly event full of visionary speakers and workshops held in conjunction with Display Week. A series of global contests sponsored by companies like Amazon, Intel, and Microsoft, that have awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in prizes to creators. ... but we want to do more. That's where you come in. The OpenCV community has proven time and again their creativity and dedication, and there are so many things large and small that can be done if we work together- that's a big reason why are joining Patreon. Together we are unstoppable!
