PlatPost has genuinely changed the way I handle social media for TheCozyDev. Before, I was constantly jumping between apps, drafts, notes and analytics trying to keep track of what I’d posted and what needed doing next. PlatPost has pulled all of that into one place and made the whole process feel considerably less chaotic. What I really like is that it doesn’t feel like another generic scheduling tool. The Business Brain actually learns about my brand, how I write and what I’m trying to achieve, so I’m not starting from scratch every time I want to create something. - Connect your channels: First, connect your channels. There are sixteen networks to pick from. Here, five are connected, all in one place.
- Teach it your business: Next, give it one link. Your website, or a social profile. The AI reads it: what you sell, who buys, and how you talk. That is your Business Brain. Fix it once, and every post uses it. It suggests posts too. Pick one, and it opens, ready to edit.
- Write it once: Your idea lands in the box. Post it as it is, or run it as an ad. There are six ad networks, and the budget stays on your own ad account. Now tick the channels you want. Four channels, one post. Each one keeps its own settings. Not sure it is good? Ask the AI to check it. It scores your post out of five, and tells you what to fix. Here is a better version. One click, and it is yours. And you can still change every word. The preview shows the post the way each network will.
- Make the picture: Instagram needs a picture, so let us make one. Add an image, music, a video, or a colour to write on. Every colour carries the PlatPost footer. This is the Media editor. It makes pictures and videos, right in your browser. Type your words. Pick a colour, and the footer is drawn in for you. Then put it on the post. Now Instagram has its picture.
- Schedule it: Next, choose when it goes out. Pick a day and a time, up to a year ahead. Done. It is on your calendar, for four channels, on Tuesday at noon.
- Answer the replies: Replies come back to one inbox: messages, comments and mentions. Read them, and answer, without leaving PlatPost.
- See what worked: Then see what worked. Every channel is measured. Every number, day by day. Track your engagement every day. Your ads have their own numbers on the Ads page.

Drafts by default
A new key can only read and write drafts. You choose if it may schedule or post as well.
Limits it cannot pass
100 drafts and 20 posts a day, so a stuck agent stops at a number.

What is PlatPost?
PlatPost is an AI social media scheduler and distribution assistant for founders, creators and small businesses. You give it one idea, update, story or link. It writes a native draft for each of the sixteen networks you choose, never the same text copied across them.
Its Business Brain remembers what you sell, who buys it, how you differ and how you talk, and every draft uses it. Nothing goes live until you approve it on the calendar. The one exception is an AI agent key that you yourself allow to schedule or post.
PlatPost is spelled P-L-A-T-P-O-S-T and is one word. PlatPost is not PlanPost or PlatePost. Its website is platpost.com.
