I'll admit right up front that I may be tripping here or overlooking something obvious. So, when I work on a note in the editor pane, I'm driven to distraction by the notes pane in the middle constantly keeping up with those updates. The pane jumps all over the place as I add new text to my note or whatever and just drives me crazy. For the life of me, I can't say if it's always been like this or if this is something new. I thought I could just shut that pane while working, but for the life of me, I can't find a way to do that anymore. I've been getting by with focus mode for now, but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone can clear up this mystery for me. Didn't we used to be able to hide that notes pane? And has it always updated in real time as a note is added to in the main editing pane? Either something's changed, or I've gone goofy. Thanks for any insights. NOTE: For me, this issue is on the web and desktop versions.
Since I discovered collapsible multi-level headings, I’ve been using them a lot in some notes.
But I’ve been regretting it somewhat whenever I get a collision report. In the side-by-side presentation of the two versions of the note, I have to click on every > to expand all sections (including those at every nested level) if I want to see the differences. 😩️
“Expand all” and “Collapse all” functions might also be useful under other circumstances.
Anyone have a method of transferring editable notes from Noteshook to Onenote?
