US hosting and data retention*
Provider-side ZDR applies to eligible models. Some frontier models have retention requirements; BYOK follows your provider agreement. Router content recording is separate and on by default.
Claude Fable 5 and 5.1 have provider retention requirements. OpenAI GPT-5.5 and later may retain data for up to 30 days for safety reviews. Check the current provider schedule before sending sensitive data.
