Delays with some MXN withdrawals

Monitoring - We have resolved the incident affecting MXN withdrawals. Following coordination with Banxico and our payment processing partner, transfer confirmations have been restored to normal processing times. All pending withdrawals have been successfully processed. Withdrawals are now fully enabled and operating normally. Thank you for your patience during this incident.

Update - We continue to experience significant delays with MXN withdrawals via SPEI. Withdrawals are still processing, but affected transfers are taking longer than usual to complete. Banxico is investigating delays in transfer confirmations, with similar delays reported by other financial institutions. We are coordinating with Banxico and our payment processing partner while monitoring pending withdrawals. We do not yet have an estimated time for normal processing to resume.
