STACKIT Git: move SSH access of all production instances to the new shared endpoint - 2026-10-27 Oct 27, 2026 18:00-21:00 CET
Deutsch
Bisheriges Adressformat:
git@ssh..git.onstackit.cloud:/.git
Neues Adressformat:
ssh://git@ssh.git.onstackit.cloud///.git
https://docs.stackit.cloud/products/developer-platform/git/how-tos/connect-with-ssh/
English
On October 27, 2026, between 18:00 and 21:00 CEST, we will update how STACKIT Git instances are accessed via SSH.
After this maintenance, all instances will share a unified SSH endpoint, enabling you to use the same host address and SSH client configuration across every instance you work with.
Service Impact
Short interruption:
The web interface and Git operations will be briefly unavailable for approximately one minute per instance.
Instance operations:
Creating and managing instances may take longer than usual during the maintenance window.
Unaffected components:
HTTPS access, repository data, user permissions, registered SSH keys, and IP allowlists will remain completely unchanged.
Deprecation Timeline & Migration:
Legacy addresses will continue to work until April 27, 2027, allowing you to update your local repository remotes and automation pipelines at your own pace. A reminder will be sent before legacy endpoints are decommissioned.
Previous address format:
git@ssh..git.onstackit.cloud:/.git
New address format:
ssh://git@ssh.git.onstackit.cloud///.git
Please update your SSH remotes and automation workflows to the new URL format.
Detailed step-by-step instructions are available in our documentation:
https://docs.stackit.cloud/products/developer-platform/git/how-tos/connect-with-ssh/
If you have any questions, STACKIT Support is available at any time.

PostgreSQL Flex Maintenance - 2026-10-27 Oct 27, 2026 20:00 - Oct 28, 2026 00:00 CET
Deutsch

On Tuesday, 27.10.2026 from 20:00 (CEST) to 00:00 (CEST), we will upgrade the PostgreSQL Flex runtime in order to improve the resilience and security of our managed service.
The running database instances will be kept available during this time as much as possible. Changes to your database instances will still be possible during this time but will be executed on a best effort basis and might be delayed. In the rare case of execution failures, a retry after the maintenance has been completed is advised.
There is no action required on your behalf to prepare for this maintenance.
If you have any questions, STACKIT Support is available at any time.

Planned maintenance STACKIT Data Services 2026-11-09 Nov 9, 2026 18:00-22:30 CET
Deutsch
STACKIT Redis
STACKIT Key Value Store
STACKIT RabbitMQ
STACKIT LogMe
STACKIT OpenSearch
STACKIT MariaDB

On 09.11.2026 from 17:00 (UTC) to 21:30 (UTC), we will perform a major platform upgrade on the foundational databases supporting STACKIT Data Services. This maintenance ensures our platform remains secure, highly performant, and equipped with the latest database technologies to serve you better.
Your existing Data Services and running workloads will remain 100% online and unaffected during this time. However, management operations (such as creating, updating, or deleting instances) will be temporarily restricted for the following services:
STACKIT Redis
STACKIT Key Value Store
STACKIT RabbitMQ
STACKIT LogMe
STACKIT OpenSearch
STACKIT MariaDB
Additionally, STACKIT Portal Project creation will be temporarily restricted. During the overall 4-hour maintenance window, you may experience brief interruptions of approximately 15 minutes for these control plane actions. Any Portal Project creation requests triggered during this time will be safely queued and processed as soon as the relevant systems are back online.
No action is required on your part. After this maintenance, all management services will be fully available again without restriction.
If you have any questions, STACKIT Support is available at any time.
