How Techlore started
I used to be all-in on big tech. Google everything, Snapchat with friends, never once thinking about my relationship with technology. Then, over 10 years ago, I started sharing VPN resources and fell down the privacy rabbit hole.
I took it as far as it could go: under 30 accounts, a nearly 100% open-source stack, and no phone at all. It cost me convenience and relationships, and I found it just wasn't practical for most people!
Having lived on both ends, I found what I like to believe is a good middle ground: what's worth doing and what isn't. That's what Techlore is today! We create videos, podcasts, a course and free tools that put you back in the driver's seat.
