I'm sad to be leaving humans&. I sent this to the company yesterday, and leaving the incredible team we've built was the hardest part of the decision. The world is so early in its superintelligence journey. It takes a lot of smart people working very hard together to get it all

The step function between not just who can and cannot access frontier intelligence, but who's even allowed to calibrate on where the frontier is—is growing. I fear this widening gap creates more blindspots for AI safety than possibly the model capabilities themselves.
