@biryanibykilo I just placed an order via Zomato and it wasn’t delivered by the restaurant and your customer care just cut the call. Horrible customer service. Absolutely horrible and rude. How are you expecting repeat orders with this behaviour?
@Wowmomo4u - Your Esplanade branch has the worst service.25 mins for 4 pieces of chicken and 1 large fries. Half filled fries, and wtf is eco packaging charges… all dark patterns. Disappointed !!
