@Cowboy_Bikes I’ve been waiting for a replacement battery since November, when the original one broke (and sparked too). I’ve gone the whole winter without my electric bike. When is the battery going to be delivered??

Went back and forth on whether to publish this but, after the traction @StanTwinB’s story got, I realized it’s of more interest than I thought. Goes into a bit more on binary size issues we saw at Uber and how we approached them. Hope it’s interesting!
