My first ICLR paper was in 2015: Object Detectors Emerge in Deep Scene CNNs (arxiv.org/pdf/1412.6856). That year, ICLR received 143 submissions and accepted 31 papers; ours was one of 12 oral papers. Fast forward to ICLR 2027: 60,000 abstract submissions. What an incredible
