If you are new to programming I have found this a good course to start with. The first few chapters lay the foundations for the course, before the programming methods have you thinking about the code you require in order to complete the assignments. Its this thinking phase that develops the understanding of what the code is doing.

Very good. I’m already a junior SWE. I write in Java at work.. but there are some concepts that I felt that I needed to catch up. And I found some of them in this part of the backend journey. For example the fact that the exceptions should be caught on the caller, it’s something so obvious but now that I saw it written it made me see some Java classes and utils with a whole new pair of eyes. Very good course
