Albert was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very approachable. I found the tasting of different kombuchas decisive in finally give this sort of fermentation a try. The atmosphere in the "shed" was very inclusive and friendly. Thank you Rose for handing the drinks around and answering questions.

What a lovely day we had with Pamela in her studio doing the Introduction to Weaving course. Pamela is very experienced and knowledgeable, giving us full access to all the beautiful colours of yarn. The studio is set in her beautiful garden. The course was so interesting and we were introduced to several different techniques with lots of patterns to try. The 8-heddle looms were all ready set up when we arrived and Pamela gave us a demonstration then we got started. She also showed us things she was working on and explained the differences between the various looms in the studio. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and will definitely take up weaving in the very near future.
