All-in-One Affiliate Management Software for SaaS | Learn Affiliate Marketing for Free 👉 Playbook.Rewardful.com

About us

Rewardful is a simple way for SaaS companies to setup affiliate and referral programs with Stripe and Paddle. Just connect your account and let us track referrals, discounts, and commissions for you! Everyone knows it’s hard (and expensive) to grow a SaaS business, especially in the early days. We have limited time and resources, so we need all the help we can get. One of the most untapped sources of new customers is your existing customers and network. There’s a ton of noise in the market and prospects often aren’t familiar with your brand. Luckily, buyers rely on word-of-mouth 2-10x more than paid media and 92% of consumers trust referrals from people they know. As a cherry on top, referred customers have a 25% higher LTV and are 18% less likely to churn. And best of all, your customer acquisition cost becomes locked-in at a specific % of revenue and you don’t pay for marketing that doesn’t lead to paying customers.

  • 3 ways affiliates can take advantage of your program (and cost you money in the process) 👀 1️⃣ Self-referrals: Signing up for your product through their own affiliate link to earn a commission. 2️⃣ Coupon sites: Ranking for your brand + "discount code" without actually offering a discount. 3️⃣ Brand bidding: Running paid search ads on your brand name to capture customers who were already looking for you. And the worst part? You might not even realize it's happening. In our latest Ask Emmet episode, we sat down with Alexis Woody from Rella, to review their affiliate and community growth strategy. From protecting your program against these practices to activating affiliates and improving your onboarding, Emmet shared practical tips you can apply to your own program. 🎥 Watch the full episode here: https://lnkd.in/eHN_M9WP

Except first I need to figure out where they came from, why they signed up, why they didn’t convert, why they churned, which channel gets the credit, and whether any of this will work again next month 🙃 SaaS marketing ✨

WANTED: 👉 Affiliates who actually reach your ICP 👉 Creators your customers already trust 👉 Partners who’ll do more than sign up and disappear REWARD: ✨ A potentially very good acquisition channel LOCATION: 🫣 That’s the tricky part Finding the right affiliates is a bit like truffle hunting. You know they’re out there, but knowing where to dig makes all the difference. And that’s exactly what we covered in the latest Ask Emmet, where we audited IntelliHost’s affiliate program live and talked with Jeff Brown about building it from the ground up. If “finding affiliates” is currently sitting on your to-do list with absolutely no further instructions, this one’s for you: https://lnkd.in/enEXe7nY

  • Affiliate marketing is not a set-it-and-forget-it channel. Affiliate marketing is not a set-it-and-forget-it channel. Affiliate marketing is not a set-it-and-forget-it channel. Can we normalize treating affiliate marketing like a real growth channel? One that needs strategy, support, and ongoing relationship-building, instead of pretending it magically runs itself? And no, “affiliate program” is not code for: “We launched a link once and hoped for the best.” Too often, affiliate programs are: ❌ Left on autopilot with zero communication. ❌ Expected to grow without assets, guidance, or incentives. ❌ Managed by someone who already has five other jobs. ❌ Held to revenue goals without the tools to hit them. This isn’t just unrealistic, it’s why most programs underperform. It’s time to understand that affiliate marketing requires consistency, collaboration, and actual management.
