  • Introducing UltaBuilder, our new AI website builder. Briefly describe your site, a couple of aspects of your business, the pages you'd like on it and your preferred style. UltaBuilder will then produce a version of your site, showing visually how it develops. The more specific your brief, the better this first version will be. "A coffee shop with a menu, an about page and a contact form. Light forest green style" is better than "I'd like a website." The same goes for a photographer's portfolio, a small online shop or a local law firm. To make it even easier for you to build a website, we also added 100+ customizable templates. Simply pick one from our gallery and start customizing it. From there you can use our visual editor to tweak your site. Or you can ask for, say, a more soothing color or a different headline. Only that part of the site will change. The SEO tools will help you add descriptions and titles to your site before you publish it. None of this requires code, a developer or separate hosting. With one button click, your site will go live on UltaHost. Try it free at the link below: https://lnkd.in/eHTSzRgc #UltaBuilder #AIWebsiteBuilder #NoCode

  • CPU and RAM are typically what the team will focus on when picking a VPS. But those two are the simplest part. Then after the setup, the harder questions appear. These are the six we'd normally check before signing: 1. Restore. Not only "do they back up?" but also "how quickly do you get a working server again?" and "who does the work?" 2. Pricing. The monthly cost, plus renewal, extra IPs, snapshots and traffic over the limit. 3. Support. Who is able to reply to your calls at 2 a.m. when a service is broken, and do they really have access to the server? 4. Location. How near your users are affects latency. There are also some clients that just want to know where exactly their data is stored. 5. Monitoring. Is there a system that sends out alerts on disk, CPU usage and server downtime, or do you have to find out from complaining customers? 6. Setup workload. Firewall, updates, SSL, backups. How much of this remains with your team? Two VPS plans with the same specs can become very different after six months. Which of these aspects is your main concern when comparing different hosting providers? #VPS #WebHosting #DevOps #CloudComputing

  • You are going to have to explain the charge when a hosting invoice goes up and someone from your team raises the question. That task becomes much simpler if there is one written list detailing what the quote contains. Before you sign or renew, we'd take a look at these 7 points and decide whether each is part of the plan or charged separately: - The basic server - The disk where your files are kept - The bandwidth usage including consequences of exceeding the limit - The number of backups you can schedule - The public Internet addresses assigned to your server - Software licenses like those of a control panel or an operating system - The technical assistance and the days and periods when your plan includes it Your next move is to assign responsibility for the list. The person who approves the budget should also be able to read it without having to get back in touch with the provider. "Which hosting plan is the cheapest?" is a legitimate question, but from our experience, "what exactly are we paying for?" can save you a lot more. In your team, who keeps this list: IT, finance, or the agency you work with? #WebHosting #CloudComputing #ITProcurement #SmallBusiness

  • Many website owners believe they face only two options when it comes to AI bots: Let them come. Or keep them out. That's no longer the whole story. Search crawlers, agent traffic and training crawlers are quite different. Search crawlers help people find content. Agents may be acting on behalf of a user when they come to your site. Training crawlers pull content to train a model. And that difference has implications for server load, visibility and your approach to bot traffic. Before you decide to change your policy, ask yourself what kind of traffic is coming to your site. Do you let all traffic through, block some bots or have you never looked at this? #AI #WebHosting #CyberSecurity #WebDevelopment

    • Search. Agent. Training. Not all AI bot traffic is the same.
  • Your next website visitor might not be human. Search crawlers have been around for years. Now website owners also have to think about AI training crawlers and AI agents that actively access pages, retrieve information and interact with services. And they should not all be treated the same way. A useful starting point: 🔎 Search crawlers help people discover your website. 🧠 AI training crawlers collect content that may be used to train models. 🤖 AI agents can access websites on behalf of a user and may generate much more dynamic traffic. This changes how we should think about bot management. Check what is hitting your server. Review your robots.txt and bot rules. Watch resource usage. Decide what you actually want to allow instead of simply blocking every bot. The web is getting a new type of visitor. Is your website ready for it? #WebHosting #AI #CyberSecurity #WebDevelopment

    • Your Website Has New Visitors: a browser window with three visitors, Search Bot, AI Agents and Human.
    • Three Types of Traffic. Search indexes your content. Training collects content for AI models. Agent acts on behalf of a user.
    • Don't Use One Rule For Every Bot: a traffic settings panel with separate rules, search crawlers allowed, AI training blocked, AI agents monitored.
    • Know What is Hitting Your Server: a traffic overview chart. Monitor traffic, review bot rules, watch resource usage.
  • AI support is getting very good at the easy questions. Where do I change a DNS record? How do I create an email account? Where can I find my invoice? Those are perfect jobs for automation. The problem starts when a customer has an outage, a failed migration, a security issue or a complicated billing case and keeps receiving variations of the same automated answer. Good support needs an escalation path. Use AI where it saves the customer time. Bring in a human when context, investigation or judgment is required. For hosting companies, the goal shouldn't be to eliminate human support. The goal should be to make sure customers reach the right help faster. Where do you personally prefer AI support, and when do you immediately want a human? #CustomerSupport #AI #WebHosting #CustomerExperience

    • AI First, Human When it Matters. Simple requests like DNS changes, password reset, basic setup and email setup are handled instantly by AI support. Complex issues like outages, migration problems, security incidents and complex billing are connected to a human specialist.

🌐 🇮🇩 Heading to ICANN87 in Bali! Excited to represent UltaHost at the ICANN87 Annual General Meeting, in Bali, Indonesia, from 17–22 October 2026. This AGM comes at an important time for the ICANN community - with newly appointed Board members taking their seats, the Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG) going through its leadership transition, and continued focus on the DNS Abuse PDP: reviewing Public Comments, and further discussions around the SSAD SRT. With the application period for the New gTLD Round now closed, all eyes are on Reveal Day! (October 7) 👀 Beyond the policy discussions, I’m looking forward to meeting existing partners, exploring new partnerships, and catching up with friends from across the industry. APAC remains a crucial region for UltaHost, and I’m excited to be back in the region for another great ICANN meeting. If you’ll be attending ICANN87 and would like to connect, hit me a DM — would be great to meet! 🤝 #Ultahost #ICANN #ICANN87 #Bali #DNS #DNSAbuse #Domains #RrSG #NewgTLD #APAC #InternetGovernance

  • Cheap VPS sounds great until the real cost shows up. The server bill is only one part of it. Updates, backups, restore tests, monitoring, deployment steps and the time spent maintaining everything can easily become the bigger cost. For a small project, that may still be completely fine. The useful question is whether the setup is saving you time or quietly creating another job. What became painful first for you: backups, updates, monitoring or your own time? #VPS #WebHosting #DevOps #WebDevelopment

    • Iceberg infographic: The Real Cost of a VPS. Above water: server price per month. Below water: monitoring, updates, security, backups, restore time, maintenance, operator hours.
  • Same error screen, two completely different failures Two websites go offline. One is being hit by millions of fake requests. The other is sitting in a data center that cannot stay cool. To the visitor, both failures look the same: the page does not load. That happened in the news this month. A major social platform linked a roughly 24-hour outage to a DDoS attack. Days earlier, a cooling failure at a Phoenix data center disrupted hosting, DNS and email services for hours. The useful lesson is not that the internet is fragile. It is that uptime has layers: DDoS protection filters traffic floods. Monitoring helps teams notice trouble quickly. Backups protect the site and its data. A clear recovery plan helps restore service. Accessible support matters when something goes wrong. No single feature prevents every kind of downtime. Across UltaHost's services, customers can choose DDoS-protected VPS, shared hosting with daily backups, 24/7 support and multiple data-center locations. The right setup depends on the website, audience and level of risk. If your website stopped loading right now, would you know which layer failed first? . #UltaHost #WebHosting #WebsiteSecurity #DDoS

  • AI can build the website, but a human must verify it 🔍️ AI can build the first version of a website in minutes. But it cannot know which promise your business can actually keep. That distinction matters. In a 2026 survey of 446 hosting providers, 53% expected AI-driven automation and products to have the biggest impact this year. The useful question is no longer, 'Can AI make a website?' It is, 'What should a human still check before publishing?' Let AI help with: A first layout Draft text Image ideas Page structure Keep human control over: Prices, claims and contact details Customer proof and brand voice Privacy, cookie and legal wording Checkout, forms and integrations Backups, security and analytics Before you press Publish, test every button on mobile, submit every form yourself and ask someone unfamiliar with the business to explain what the site sells in five seconds. 🌐 UltaHost's AI-powered Website Builder helps you get past the blank page without code and move from an idea to a published site in one place. AI should shorten the distance to launch. It should not shorten your quality check. Would you trust AI to write your About Us page? #UltaHost #AIWebsiteBuilder #NoCode #SmallBusiness
