• synthv1 as a polyphonic subtractive synthesizer;
• samplv1 a polyphonic sampler synthesizer;
• drumkv1 as yet another drum-kit sampler;
• padthv1 a polyphonic additive synthesizer.

Are here upgraded to the (northern) End-of-Summer'26 season...

Still delivered in dual form:

• a pure stand-alone JACK client with JACK-session, NSM (Non/New Session Management) and both JACK MIDI and ALSA MIDI input support;
• a LV2 instrument plug-in.

Change-log:

• MIDI-in element selection on note-on events option added as a toggle to elements list and sample waveform widget's context-menu as "Auto select elements". (drumkv1 only)
• Introducing factory/community presets install package.
• Color theme (with palette editor) and (widget) Style theme options moved to Help/Configure.../Custom tab (with preview).
• Detached DCA Volume from main output processing. (samplv1 and drumkv1 only)
• Fix to a terribly old multiple LV2 plug-in instance mess up, revisited again. (padthv1 only)

Qtractor 1.6.4 (late-summer'26 hotfix) is released!

Qtractor is an audio/MIDI multi-track sequencer application written in C++ with the Qt framework. Target platform is Linux, where the Jack Audio Connection Kit (JACK) for audio and the Advanced Linux Sound Architecture (ALSA) for MIDI are the main infrastructures to evolve as a fairly-featured Linux desktop audio workstation GUI, specially dedicated to the personal home-studio.

Change-log:

• Fixed a relatively recent crash-bug introduced to Clip/Merge... as a undesired side-effect from fixing that older bug on Clip/Normalize (as of late v1.6.1)

Qsampler is a LinuxSampler GUI front-end application written in C++ around the Qt framework using Qt Designer.

QmidiCtl 1.0.3 (mid-spring'26) is out!

QmidiCtl is a MIDI remote controller application that sends MIDI data over the network, using UDP/IP multicast. Inspired by multimidicast (https://llg.cubic.org/tools) and designed to be compatible with ipMIDI for Windows (https://nerds.de). QmidiCtl was long ago designed for the Maemo enabled handheld devices, namely the late Nokia N900 and promoted to the Maemo Package repositories. Nevertheless, QmidiCtl may still be found effective as a regular desktop application and recently as an Android application as well.
