Both are powerful. But knowing who to delegate to makes all the difference.
Sub-sessions in Claude Desktop are so useful! I used to get by with subagents, but some tasks are just better handled with sub-sessions.
My new workflow is to have one parent session, spawn multiple child sub-sessions, and let the parent coordinate everything.
