The September recap is out: Project Portfolios (Early Access), import from spreadsheets and CSV, archived discussions and locked comments, new MCP tools, GitHub and GitLab for everyone, Self-Hosted 8.0.352, and more.
Chatted with Dan Copsey from Agency Stack. 20 freelancers, 40 projects in ActiveCollab. Billing: almost two days a month, now a couple of hours.
"Before, the work and the billing lived in different places, and things fell through the gap between them."
Timesheet, Capacity and Utilization are now one Time tool in ActiveCollab. Timesheet finally loads for any range: month, quarter, year, or a two-week sprint.
Two new ActiveCollab desktop apps, in both app stores: a leaner, faster rewrite of the main app, and an all-new ActiveCollab Chat app that already knows your projects and permissions.
