Oleg Żero · AI automation and training

Automate the repetitive. Save time to create.

I build AI solutions for engineering and tech teams, as well as non-technical people. I train them to do the same.

  • Automation
  • AI agents
  • Technical drawings
  • Team training

Is this you?

  1. Your drawings, specs and revisions are scattered across folders and inboxes.

I bring order to files and processes first, then AI.

  2. Your model reads the text on drawings and misses the geometry.

Mine reads the geometry too: symbols, dimensions, connections.

  3. A vendor demos AI on their data. Will it survive yours?

An independent test and a written verdict, before you sign.

  4. Management wants AI. The AI Act expects AI literacy. Where do your engineers start?

One hands-on day on your own problem. EU teams get named certificates.

How we work together

Start small, at a fixed price. Go further only if AI pays off.

  1. AI Feasibility Sprint

    01

    Process & data audit

Find out whether AI pays off on your data, before you spend more.

    • 2–3 opportunities, ranked by value
    • A go/no-go recommendation
    • A sketch of the first prototype

Not worth it? You hear it here.

    Time
    2 weeks
    Price
Fixed price, quoted after a 30-min call
  2. Pilot

    02

Prove it on one process before you invest in a full build.

    • Working prototype on your own data
    • Measured against today's process
    • Results in writing
    Time
    4–8 weeks
    Price
Fixed price, quoted after the sprint
  3. Build & hand-over

    03

Built into your tools. Your team runs it without me.

    • Integration with CAD, PDM and ERP
    • Tests and documentation
    • Training for your team
    Price
    Scoped individually
  • Open source
  • No vendor lock-in
  • Knowledge stays with your team
Scope a project

Also available

  • Team workshops

Your engineers build AI agents. Who checks they work?

Hands-on workshops on your own problem: building and testing AI agents and document search.

  • AI Vendor Review

About to sign an AI contract?

I test the vendor's system on your files: written verdict and acceptance criteria before you sign.

1–2 weeks · Fixed price, quoted after a 30-min call

  • AI solution architecture & build

No in-house AI team for this project?

I design and ship ML systems and AI agents: architecture first, hands-on build when needed.

What I build

Got a drawing other tools fail on? Send it before our call.Send a drawing →

  1. Drawing
  2. Symbols found
  3. Extracted data

Drawings & documents

01

Get answers from PDFs, scans and DWGs: find the right drawing, pull out the data, see what changed.

  1. Your part
  2. Shape features
  3. Ranked matches

Geometry search & reuse

02

Find the part you already have by shape, not file name, before someone designs it again.

  1. Documents
  2. Agent + tools
  3. Tested result

Tested AI agents

03

Agents take over repetitive steps in your documents. I test them on real data before production.

  1. Form
  2. Panels
  3. Cut layout

Design to fabrication

04

From concept to geometry you can build: panels, nesting and files for CNC, laser or 3D print. My lamp, Flink, is the working example.

Questions clients ask

How do we start working together?

A free 30-min call. If it fits, we start with a fixed-price Feasibility Sprint.

Do you train our team?

Yes. One-day workshops for up to 12 people, built on your real problem. Your engineers run the method themselves afterwards. I've trained 120+ engineers at Eskadra Bielika.

Does your training cover the AI Act?

For teams in the EU: you get the programme, an attendance list and named certificates. That documents your team's AI-literacy training (Art. 4). The legal assessment stays with your lawyer.

What does it cost?

The Feasibility Sprint has a fixed price, quoted after a 30-min call. Pilots and builds are quoted after the sprint, when we both know the real problem.

Can you review an AI proposal from a vendor before we commit?

Yes. I test the proposal on your own data before you sign. I don't compete for the build, so the verdict stays independent.

Do I need a big, clean dataset to start?

Usually not. The value often sits in files you already have: plans, PDFs, DXFs, past projects. If a problem needs more data, I tell you before we start.

Will AI replace our CAD or BIM workflow?

No. AI automates specific steps: extraction, classification, panelisation, documentation. Your engineers keep the precision and the final call.

Can you join our team permanently?

I don't rule out long-term work together. But I stay independent and work project by project. You get an expert for as long as you need one, and the knowledge stays with your team.

Do you work outside Poland?

Yes. I work remotely with teams across Europe, in English or Polish. I travel for workshops when it helps.

The first call is free. If AI doesn't benefit you, I'll say so.

Book a 30-min call

Let's scope your problem

  1. 01I reply within 24 h on business days.
  2. 02A 30-minute call: you describe the step that hurts most; I tell you honestly whether AI fits.
  3. 03If it does, you get a fixed-price proposal for a Feasibility Sprint.

Tell me the one step in your process that hurts most. I'll tell you honestly whether AI fits, and how I'd approach it.

What actually works in AI for CAD

Most engineers already use AI, but few trust its output without checking it. Once a month I test new AI tools on real drawings, CAD models and BIM files and send you the verdict: what works, how to verify it, and what doesn't work yet. No hype, no reposted news.
