What this is
Control plane for the Solidus distributed compute network: admits allow-listed node operators, dispatches sealed compute jobs (references + encrypted DEKs — never payload bytes), and keeps the pre-mainnet points ledger.
Job routes require control-plane auth; node registration is gated by an on-chain allow-list plus a self-certifying key signature. Points redeem for nothing today — no $SLDS exists.
