🚀🚀 Today Ingenico takes a massive step forward. We have reached agreement on a capital restructure anchored by €150 million of new money from a global group of investors led by PIMCO. With a healthy balance sheet, a refreshed leadership team of industry experts (more on that in September!), and our brand-new family of Next Gen #AXIUM devices coming to market, I have never been more confident that Ingenico’s best years are ahead of us. Our strategy for the journey ahead is simple: ➡️ Build the best products ➡️ Make Ingenico easier to work with ➡️ Continuously raise the standard of service our customers experience every day I want to thank PIMCO and the investor group for their trust and support.
