What Is Liquid?
Liquid is a trading app that puts every market in one place: crypto, US and international stocks, pre-IPO companies, commodities, indices, FX, and prediction markets on real-world events. Pick a market, go long or short, and you're in. Markets are open 24/7/365 with instant settlement, so you can trade NVIDIA on a Sunday night, gold during Asian hours, or Bitcoin whenever you want.

Perpetual markets track the price of the underlying asset, so you get long or short exposure without owning the share, metal, currency, or coin. There are no expiry dates, no lock-ups, and no settlement periods: open or close a position in seconds, including nights, weekends, and holidays when traditional exchanges are closed.
Prediction markets work differently. Each outcome is priced between $0 and $1. Buy the outcome you think will happen, and if you're right the share pays out $1. You can also sell before the event resolves to lock in a gain or cut a loss.
How Trading Works
Every perpetual trade on Liquid comes down to three choices:
Direction. Think an asset will rise? Go long. Think it will fall? Go short.
Size. Choose how much collateral to put behind the trade. Positions start at as little as $10, so you can test a thesis before you scale it.
Multiplier. Set your multiplier from 1x up to 50x, depending on the market. Put up $100 at 50x and you control a $5,000 position. Crypto perpetuals support up to 40x; FX and indices support up to 50x. Multipliers magnify losses as well as gains.
From there, Liquid gives you the tools to manage the trade:
Market and limit orders, with estimated slippage and liquidation price shown before you confirm.
Take profit and stop loss that apply to the whole position and cancel automatically when it closes.
TWAP orders to work a large order into the market over time.
Cross or isolated margin, so you decide whether positions share collateral or stand alone.
Close anytime. No lock-ups and no settlement periods. Close one position or all of them in a single tap, 24/7.
Perpetuals use funding payments between longs and shorts to keep prices anchored to the underlying market, and a position can be liquidated if its collateral runs out. The Trading section of these docs covers leverage, funding rates, and liquidations in detail.
One Account, Every Venue
Under the hood, Liquid routes each market to deep on-chain liquidity: crypto perpetuals and spot, real-world assets such as stocks, FX, and commodities, and prediction markets on Polymarket, each routed to specialist on-chain venues. You never have to think about that. Liquid unifies everything into one login, one balance, one set of markets, and one price feed, and moves funds between venues for you.
Liquid is non-custodial. Your funds live in a wallet only you control, every trade and transfer is signed from that wallet, and Liquid never holds your assets. Sign in with email, Google, Apple, or an existing crypto wallet, and secure your account with passkeys and biometrics.
Trade Your Way
Liquid meets you wherever you already are:
Web. A full trading terminal at app.liquid.trade with charts, order book, watchlists, and pop-out windows.
iOS and Android. Native apps with the same account and balance, plus push notifications and biometric sign-in. Also available on the Solana dApp Store.
Co-Invest in your AI assistant. Connect Liquid to ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, or your own TypeScript and Python agents through the Liquid MCP server.
Co-Invest by text. Message Co-Invest over iMessage, SMS, or WhatsApp to check markets, review your portfolio, and confirm trades from your phone.
Co-Invest for Chrome. Trade any ticker mentioned on X, Reddit, or TradingView without leaving the page.
Trade links. Share a prefilled trade setup with anyone. They open it, review it, and confirm in their own account.
Public API. Build bots and agents with API keys or OAuth, with read and trade permissions you control.
The app is available in English, Spanish, Korean, Turkish, and Chinese.
Co-Invest: Your AI Trading Analyst
Co-Invest is Liquid's AI trading analyst. It's built into the app and available through every connector above. Ask it anything you'd ask a trading desk: what's moving and why, whether a setup makes sense, or what's going on in your portfolio.
Research. Market recaps, news catalysts, technical indicators, and earnings context for any asset Liquid lists.
Positioning. Whale positioning, funding, open interest, and liquidation clusters, so you can see where the crowd is before you trade.
Portfolio context. Co-Invest knows your balances, positions, and open orders, and can flag risk or suggest adjustments.
Execution. When an idea looks right, Co-Invest proposes a specific trade with size, multiplier, and take profit or stop loss. Every trade ends in a clear Confirm or Cancel step, so execution always stays under your control.
Paper mode. Try Co-Invest with simulated funds before you trade live.
Funding Your Account
Deposits arrive within minutes, and there are no lock-ups on withdrawals.
