What we claim, and what backs it.
The one rule is that we never blur what is real with what is coming. This page is the enforcement mechanism, and it enforces something harder than it used to: every relationship below is read from the machine record a stranger can fetch, and each one shows what it rests on and whether the other party has confirmed it.

A claim about another organisation is our account of it until they sign the same claim — we cannot countersign our own, and a system that let us would be worth nothing. Named counterparties, from the record. Asserted means we have stated it and they have not — the honest rendering of a one-sided claim, and where most of this list will sit for a long time. Countersigned means they signed it too, and anyone can check that without asking either of us.
Scale numbers we cite, each linked to the announcement that first stated it. These are our own figures; the date is when we published them.
Things that went live — launches, APIs, redemption rails. Unlike a partnership, these are ours alone to attest: there is no counterparty who could confirm or contradict them.
