Applicant and Candidate Accommodations at Pinterest

At Pinterest, Creating Belonging is one of our company values and we want applicants and candidates to feel supported and set up for success during the recruiting process. That is why we are committed to engaging in the interactive accommodations process, which typically involves ongoing conversation between candidates and a representative from our Talent Acquisition team, to explore reasonable accommodations that you may need during the recruiting process.

During this process, Pinterest has the right to ask for reasonable documentation to support your need for a medical or religious accommodation, which may include documentation from your medical provider for medical accommodations.

Please note that Pinterest also has an employee accommodation process available to all employees. Granting an accommodation during the interview process does not necessarily mean you will be granted accommodations if hired. If you receive and accept an offer of employment with Pinterest, any accommodation you would like to request during your employment with Pinterest will be considered through our employee accommodation process.

Any information you provide in this questionnaire is confidential and will be recorded and maintained in a separate confidential file that will only be accessed by those working on candidate accommodations at Pinterest. Please refer to our Applicant Privacy Policy for more information on your data.

If you are applying for a contract role through a vendor or staffing agency, please submit your accommodation requests directly to that agency instead of filling out this form.
