I built Program Pulse to explore how I would turn program data into a clearer view of program health. Bringing together pipeline, progression, risk, and performance signals in one place.

The dashboard isn't meant to reproduce the source data.
It's organized around the questions a program owner actually needs to answer:

How much pipeline do we have?
Where are we above or below expectations?
Where is it progressing or getting stuck?
What needs attention?
Which regions, products, or industries are performing differently?

Start Here

I started with two spreadsheets, each telling a slightly different part of the story.
I brought them together and that created our sample data, our starting point.

The data isn't quite ready for a dashboard yet.
All the values and fields need to speak the same language.

Now that the data has been cleaned we can start designing a view that makes it easy to understand how the program is performing.

That way, at a glance, we can readily see what's on track, what's falling behind, and what needs attention.
