What we do

Two ways to work with us.

Our method

From diagnosis to autonomy.

AI only creates value once it is adopted. We put real habits in place, measure them, and hand over the keys as soon as your teams can run on their own.

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

Time spent inside your processes, interviews with the teams, use cases ranked by impact, and success metrics with actual numbers.

    1 to 2 weeks

  2. 02

    Direction

We decide between training, custom build or both, in an order that spares you from running everything at once.

    1 week

  3. 03

    Rollout

Workshops or short sprints, iterating with your teams rather than dropping a delivery at the very end.

    2 to 6 weeks

  4. 04

    Autonomy

A gradual handover, measurement of real usage, and one new use case per quarter for as long as it creates value.

    Ongoing

In the field

Practitioners, not just consultants.

Workshops, talks and rollouts run live with your teams, on their real work. Every session is measured, and still visible a month later.

The practice

We show, you do

Every session starts from a real case in your line of work: the tool, the approach and the result, walked through live. Your teams then repeat the same move on their own files.

The deliverables

You leave fully equipped

Prompts, assistants and methods documented during the session, ready to run again the next morning: in workshops as much as in production.

Custom build

Inbound traffic and qualification

A conversational agent greets every visitor, answers in their language, qualifies their project and hands over to an advisor at the right moment. The teams now only handle enquiries that are already scoped.

What guides us

The future of AI will not be decided by the models alone, but by how businesses adopt them.

Funding, without the friction

Upskilling your teams shouldn't weigh on your cash flow: several schemes cover all or part of the cost, and we handle the paperwork.

Qualiopi: certified process

OPCO eligible

The training may qualify for OPCO funding depending on your situation — we guide you through the application.

Skills development plan

The training fits into your annual training budget, like any other upskilling initiative.

Zero paperwork

Agreement, syllabus, attendance sheets, funding application: we prepare the documents with you.

Your questions

Frequently asked questions

Train your teams, spot the right use cases and roll out AI without spending a year on it.

Two ways in, depending on how urgent it is. Training first, if you want gains from the following week: we equip your teams on general-purpose assistants, which builds a shared culture and naturally surfaces use cases. Audit first, if you would rather scope things before investing: we identify high-impact uses, assess how feasible they are and hand you a prioritised roadmap. Either way, we start small and we measure.

No, that is exactly where we start. We begin with their real frustrations: time lost, repetitive tasks, reports that drag on. We turn those into simple use cases. Nobody leaves with jargon: everyone leaves with examples suited to their role and tested on their own documents.

Plenty, as long as the output is quick to review. HR: sorting applications, job descriptions, interview prep. Finance: reading spreadsheets, commenting on results. Marketing: adapting messages, editorial calendars. Sales: prospecting sequences, answers to tenders. Legal: a first pass on contracts and spotting risky clauses. In our workshops we test on your real documents, not on made-up cases.

New skills show within the first days after a session. For a custom build, count roughly four weeks to a usable prototype and about three months to production. We set the metrics during scoping so decisions rest on numbers, not impressions.

Yes. Large-scale plans run over several months and are split team by team, with content adapted to each role rather than one generic core. We alternate group sessions, department workshops and thirty-day impact reviews to check what genuinely stuck.

Both work, the format follows the intent. On site suits a launch well: a day together, plenty of co-creation, collective momentum. Remote works for multi-site teams and keeps things interactive with live exercises. The method does not change: awareness, practice, then follow-up.

By spelling out what should not be delegated. Our sessions cover the limits as much as the possibilities: what requires human validation, how to review an answer, how to frame a request to reduce risk. On top of that come your own constraints (compliance, GDPR, approved tools), handled explicitly rather than left to everyone's judgement.

30 minutes to know where to start.

We look at your context, your teams and how far along you are. Then we tell you straight what to do first: train, build, or do nothing at all.
