After years of teaching and hosting conversations through The Table podcast at Dallas Theological Seminary, and now as a professor at Moody Bible Institute, my mission has remained the same: To help Christians find clear answers to tough questions about God, Jesus. and the Bible and explain our faith with courage and compassion. One of my favorite parts of teaching isn't actually the lecture. It's what happens after class, when students stay behind to ask one more question, continue the conversation in my office, or connect something we discussed in class to a real conversation they're having with someone they know. That's the idea behind The Apologetics Guy Community. The podcast starts the conversation. The community continues it. In many ways, this community is me bringing the classroom straight to you. But it's more than a learning community. It's also a partnership in ministry. Apologetics Guy is an independent ministry that I personally build and oversee. I schedule interviews, edit and produce the videos, and run my own social media. Your Apologetics Guy, Dr. Mikel -------------------- Professional Bio Dr. Mikel Del Rosario helps Christians find clear answers to tough questions about God, Jesus, and Bible and explain their faith with courage and compassion. He is a Professor of Bible and Theology at Moody Bible Institute and the author of Did Jesus Really Say He Was God? Making Sense of His Historical Claims. (IVP Academic). Previously, he taught at Biola University, Jessup University and Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) where he published 31 journal articles on apologetics and cultural engagement in Bibliotheca Sacra with his mentor, Darrell L. Bock. He holds an M.A. in Apologetics from Biola University, a Master of Theology (Th.M) and a Ph.D in New Testament from DTS where he served as Cultural Engagement manager at the Hendricks Center, producing and hosting The Table podcast. He has also ministered in the Philippines as a missionary professor with Converge Worldwide and a youth pastor in California. In 2022, Dr. Del Rosario launched The Apologetics Guy Show podcast on the Christianity Today Podcast Network.
